Mailout ServiceWe offer a competitive service to email your branded Christmas eCard to unlimited number of recipients. Simply provide us with a list of the recipients and we will manage the mailout for you. Once your eCard is sent, we will send you details of who has viewed it and when. How It WorksOnce your eCard is set up with your company name, logo and personal message, we will send you a test email and if you are happy, we will then send out the eCard to your customers. We will not send your eCard as an attachment, which can be blocked by spam filters and anti-virus software. Your eCard will be sent through mailing list software and will display properly in the majority of email clients, including Outlook, Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail and AOL. Although we will be mailing out your eCard, the final recipient will see your name and email address in the "From" field and only their name and email address in the "To" field. A delivery report will be emailed to you within two days from delivery. Please note that we do not sell, rent, distribute or source mailing lists to any other organisation or individual. We use your mailing lists for sending out your eCard to your database contacts only. How Much It CostsThe cost for sending your eCard to up to 2000 recipients is £95.00 (UK VAT will not be charged). If you need to send the eCard to more recipients the additional cost per 1000 additional email addresses is just £15.00.
